For orders from the major cities of Pakistan, our objective is to have your desired product delivered at your doorstep the within 3-7 working days. For other cities and towns, your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days of the placement of your order. *

Sizes not in stock may take 10 working days for the product to be ready for dispatch.
For our valued customers who do not wish to use a credit/debit card for the purchases, we also offer a FREE Cash on Delivery (CoD) service on all orders.
- Please note that orders placed over the weekend and/or at Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our product , you can avail our 14 days returns policy for a FULL refund.*
To request a refund, please call us at 0321-4109979 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and courier the product back to us. Your purchase amount will refunded/deposited to your bank account within 48 hours receiving the shoes back at our store.
Please note that custom made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
*Please note that shoes returned to us without original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the original packaging for use in possibility of a return/exchange situation.

Products purchased during sale events or clearance section are only eligible for exchanges.
